多様な人間関係を築く:

縦割り保育では、年齢の異なる子供たちが、お互いに学び合い、関わり合う中で、社会性や協調性、思いやりの心を育みます。

• Building diverse relationships:

In Kindergarten, children of different ages learn from and interact with each other, helping to develop social skills, cooperation, and compassion. This is called Vertical-education.

異年齢児との関わりを体験する:

縦割り保育を通して、子どもたちは、様々な年齢の人々と関わることを体験し、実際の社会で生きていくために必要な力を身につけます。

Experience interacting with children of different ages:

Through vertical childcare, children experience interacting with people of different ages and acquire the skills they need to live in the real world.

社会性を育む:

年上の子が年下の子を教えたり、年下の子が年上の子に憧れて真似をしたりすることで、子どもたちは、お互いを尊重し、助け合うことを学びます。
